Repeatable Campaigns
Repeatable campaigns are different from educational one-off campaigns. We'll start a repeatable campaign every time a trigger happens (unless the user is already in the campaign), while one-off campaigns can be only sent once.
These are great for the following situations:
- Upcoming payment notifications
- Failed payments
- Any other situations that could happen more than once
How do I set up a repeatable campaign?
When creating a new campaign, you can select one of the following campaign types:
- One-off campaign (only send once, e.g. onboarding)
- Repeatable campaign (send every time, e.g. dunning)
Pick Repeatable campaign to create one.
Inside, such campaigns are organized exactly like a regular campaign. You should just remember that the trigger is repeatable, i.e., the user can enter this campaign multiple times. Therefore, it’s helpful to stick to neutral language while composing your messages.
There's also a sending limit for such recurring campaigns: regardless of how many times the trigger occurs, we'll send one message per day maximum. This is to prevent unwanted (or accidental) email overload for your users.
