Userlist an email automation platform for SaaS companies. We need help with customer support: someone to run our support inbox and help customers troubleshoot technical issues.
This is a part-time contractor position (20 hours/week).

What you'll be doing
- Managing the support inbox 5 days a week
- Troubleshooting technical issues with integrations and workflows (working with our technical team for bigger issues)
- Following SOPs around payments, discounts, cancellations, etc
- Keeping an eye on the documentation and making suggestions
If you have other talents, we’re happy to discuss other ways to get involved within your working hours. However, these are the core activities we need help with.
Key skills
- Solid understanding of the software industry
- Solid technical skills (not necessarily an engineer, though)
- Friendly, concise manner of writing
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
Schedule
This is a part-time contractor position (20 hours/week).
The schedule is flexible. We'd like you to check the support inbox 2-3 times a day, but you can distribute the rest of the work as you feel necessary. We’re a very “calm” team, and we handle most things asynchronously.
Timezone
The team is 100% remote. Jane and Benedikt, who will be working with you most closely, are in the European timezone. Most of the customers are based in the US.
