Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

No formal preparation needed. It helps to have a rough idea of your user journey and any existing campaigns, but we’ll guide the conversation from the start.

How soon can I book the session?

Once you’ve created your Userlist account, you can book based on availability (usually within a week).

What if I haven't integrated Userlist yet?

That’s perfectly fine. The session is designed for early-stage customers and works great as a first step. The data tracking plan we produce together will actually guide your integration.
